- well I bought this as a gift for my nephew and when it arrived, it looked like part of the plastic wrapping had been ripped off. I didn't think too much of it, but once my nephew opened it up and removed the rest of the plastic wrap packaging, I realized the toolbox is missing the clasp that keeps it locked shut (the plastic wrap had kept it shut, and I didn't inspect it closely enough to notice beforehand). Kinda disappointed that this product was shipped out broken - which is why i removed a few stars. Otherwise, the toy is probably fine. My 2-year old nephew is obsessed with tape measures, which is why I got this kit. He loves the tape measure in it :)
- - While I like the concept , the tool box itself is super filmsy and breakable and the plastic is very sharp. My kid loves it and used the saw to 'cut' the christmas tree (pine needles everywhere). It is just like Granpa's so the kid is happy! Read more jcp black friday 2015 here
- - This is a great item for the price (paid around $15). Only complaint is that the plastic of the toolbox is a bit cheap and it is a bit warped and seems to close awkwardly sometimes. Still ... exceeded my expectations.
- - As has been said, quality is not the best but these have held up okay for my 2 year old. I was happy with the size and they are fairly realistic. Wish the sold the screwdrivers separate and that is what he likes best
